We offer Free UK Shipping on all orders over £49! For orders below £49, our Standard Shipping is just £3.95. Please note that our shipping is available for UK addresses only. If you're an international customer and interested in placing an order, feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll happily assist you with international shipping options. Also, for those of you who prefer a more personal touch, we offer an In-Store Collection option, so you can swing by and pick up your goodies in person.

Our priority is your dogs happiness, and we hope that the items received have your furry friend chomping away. If, however, this is not the case, you have the option to return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are pleased to offer you either an exchange for an alternative item, a refund, or store credit as compensation. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original packaging, complete, and in perfect condition.

Return Shipping and Packaging:

When returning items, please ensure you obtain a proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during transit. It is also important to use appropriate parcel protection when sending back an item, as we cannot accept liability for packages that are damaged on their way back to us. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable if you have simply changed your mind regarding your purchased items.
